Versatile Surface Mounting:
The WP-001 features a completely flat back face engineered to install cleanly across a wide variety of vertical backdrops. It is an exceptional accent choice for upgrading plain wooden fences, brick patio walls, outdoor pool enclosures, or bare stucco surfaces. It also integrates seamlessly directly over our custom rock wall panels, allowing you to layer three-dimensional plant life right into your rock wall layout.

Embedded Structural Backplate:
To guarantee a secure, sagging-free installation, a rigid 1/8" ABS plastic reinforcement plate is embedded directly into the polyurea composite shell backing. This hidden plate provides a solid foundation for your mounting hardware to grab onto, ensuring the planter remains flush and firmly locked against your wall over time.

Indoor vs. Outdoor Styling Guidelines:
This unit is designed primarily for outdoor landscapes or areas built to handle direct moisture. Because these wall pockets are not fully waterproofed for interior drainage containment, we highly recommend styling indoor displays, foyers, or lobbies using low-maintenance air plants or high-quality artificial botanicals (plants and staging elements are not included).

1. Select Your Hardware:
Because our planters can be mounted to almost any surface, mounting hardware is not included. Please select appropriate fasteners at your local hardware store based on your specific wall type (e.g., exterior wood screws for fences, masonry Tapcons for brick/concrete, or toggle bolts for drywall studs).

2. Mount the Planter:
Hold the planter in your desired position and drive your mounting screws directly through the flat rear face where the internal 1/8" ABS backing plate is embedded to securely anchor the unit to your structural surface.

3. Add Outdoor Drainage (Recommended):
For optimal plant health when installed outdoors, we highly recommend adding drainage holes to prevent root rot. Unlike traditional ceramic, terracotta, or real stone planters—which easily crack, pit, or shatter under pressure—our advanced polyurea composite material can be modified in seconds. Simply use a standard cordless drill paired with a standard wood or metal drill bit to pop a few drainage holes through the bottom of the internal cavity.
