All orders placed on the Universal Rocks website are subject to the below terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Processing Time:
Some items may be shipped same day if the item is in stock and placed during business hours. This does not apply to every order placed. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped, or if any items are back-ordered.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
Shipping and handling rates will be calculated during the checkout process.
Returns & Refunds
If the product is damaged or is not the correct product upon delivery, please contact us within 30 days of your order at 888-807-7011 or via email here. If your package is damaged in transit, we will either re-ship you a new package at no additional charge (standard ground shipping) or credit your purchase back in full.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging. The item must be in new, and unused condition. Indications of use include but are not limited to cracks, scratches, or dirt.
